CNC OperatorAerotek is hiring immediately for 1st and 2nd shift CNC operators. Operators will be fully trained on tool change processes for machinery.Job Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines - mills and/or lathesPerform tool changes and offsetsLoad and unload machines with materialsPerform quality inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gaugesTroubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performanceMust-Have Skills:3+ years of CNC Machining experience.2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.Positive attitude and willingness to learnShift Schedules:1st shift is 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday2nd shift Option A is 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday (+ $2/hour shift premium)2nd shift Option B is 3:30 PM to midnight, Monday through Friday (+ $2/hour shift premium)Ample optional overtime is available on Friday's and Saturday'sEmployee Benefits:Hired in directly to the company after 90 working days. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
