CNC OperatorNow hiring for a CNC Operator Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Rate: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and weekend Crank It Up: We're Hiring Machine Pros Like You. Looking for CNC Operator jobs in Santa Clara where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.Experience Requirement Previous manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating CNC equipment or Swiss Screw machines preferred Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work independently and follow directionsJob Duties Set up and operate Swiss Screw and CNC machines Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications Program machine functions using computer commands Load raw materials and prepare machines for production Run first-piece inspections to verify specifications are met Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect and measure finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain production standards while working safely and efficientlyPhysical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
