CNC Operator/Set UpIndianapolis, Indiana, United StatesAbout the Job CNC Operator/Set UpCNC Set-Up Technician 2nd ShiftAre you an experienced CNC Set-Up Technician looking for a company where your skills matter and where there's room to grow? Our client, a global leader in precision metal components, is seeking a skilled technician to join their 2nd shift operations.Shift: 2nd ShiftPay- $26-$28 per hourWhat You'll Be Doing:Set up CNC machines with the proper tooling, and materialsTroubleshoot and resolve issues with programming or machiningCollaborate with engineers and team leads to optimize performanceConduct inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintainedWhat You Bring to the Team:4-6 years of CNC Set-Up or related machining experienceStrong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and G-codeKnowledge of GD&T is a plus (datums, control frames, tolerances, etc.)Comfortable with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of using precision measuring toolsAbout the Opportunity:This is a full-time, direct hire position with a company that has been innovating in advanced materials for over 100 years and continue to invest in skilled talent and modern technology to lead the industry.
