CNC Operator / Setup MachinistTsugami or Swiss setup/programming experience preferredPay: $20 - $32 per hour depending on experienceWe are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Setup Machinist to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards. Candidates with Swiss machining and/or Tsugami setup and programming experience are strongly preferred. 1st and 2nd shift opportunities available.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC machines in a production environmentPerform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustmentsRead blueprints and verify parts to print specificationsInspect finished parts using precision measuring toolsTroubleshoot machining or production issues as neededMaintain production quality and efficiency standardsSupport production runs while maintaining tight tolerancesWork closely with production and quality teamsQualificationsCNC setup and operation experience requiredTsugami/Swiss experience preferredAbility to read blueprints and use micrometers/calipersStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong attention to detail and production quality
