Job Description Job Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machining equipment and produce precision components according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience and strong attention to detail .
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including vertical mills and multi-task machines.
Load tooling, verify machine readiness, and run production according to work instructions.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Make basic program and tool adjustments as needed to maintain part accuracy and quality.
Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Identify machining issues, perform tool changes, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience .
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings .
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers , micrometers , and gauges .
Basic math and mechanical skills with strong attention to detail.
Basic CNC programming/editing knowledge preferred .
Experience with multi-axis or multi-task CNC machines, including Mazak Integrex, is highly preferred .
Ability to follow PPE, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.
Schedule:
3rd Shift Monday-Friday 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Compensation:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on experience
