Job Description Job Description The CNC Operator will primarily operate milling machines during the day shift, responsible for machine setup, monitoring, program execution, and maintenance to ensure smooth production. This role requires full CNC programming capabilities and involves regular collaboration with production teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Set up milling machines according to production specifications
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed
Perform full CNC programming tasks for milling equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and replace tools as required
Troubleshoot machine and program issues promptly
Document production processes and outputs accurately
Collaborate regularly with production teams to optimize workflow
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in CNC operation
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in CNC programming
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures
Quality control expertise
Strong mechanical aptitude
Effective problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Familiarity with safety procedures
Good communication skills
