Set up and adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.Measure and inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards.Use hand tools and power tools as needed, including drills, nail guns, and saws.Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.CNC Operator-Wood Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Technical/trade school certification in machining, manufacturing, or CNC operation preferred.1 to 3 years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience (varies by employer). Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, routers, or other automated equipment.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.Understanding of basic machining principles and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of measurement tools such as: Calipers Micrometers Height gauges Dial indicators Ability to perform machine setup, tool changes, and offsets.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
