CNC Press Brake Operator OpportunityAre you mechanically inclined and have experience working in manufacturing or metal fabrication? If you're comfortable working with machinery, reading work instructions, and using measuring tools, this CNC Press Brake Operator opportunity could be a great fit for you.This opportunity is with an aerospace manufacturing company in Marysville. In this role, you'll operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal components to precise specifications. You'll work from blueprints and work orders, use measuring tools to check your work, and help ensure finished parts meet customer and aerospace quality standards.This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team that offers weekly pay, a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, potential overtime, and the opportunity for long-term employment.Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireCNC Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:Operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal according to work orders, blueprints, and specifications.Load and unload materials, select tooling, and assist with machine setups and changeovers.Use calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.Make basic machine adjustments and deburr, clean, and prepare completed parts as needed.Complete production documentation and maintain a clean and safe work area while following quality and safety procedures.Schedule:Monday-Friday Day Shift: 6:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.Pay: $25-$28 per hourCNC Press Brake Operator Requirements:At least 1 year of recent experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, fabrication, aerospace, metalworking, machine operation, or a related industrial environment.Ability to read and follow blueprints, work orders, drawings, and manufacturing instructions.Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, rulers, or similar precision measuring devices.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools.Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD and DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(K) Retirement Savings PlanBenefits offered to employees upon conversion:MedicalIRAYearly bonusesLocation: Marysville, WA – Bus accessibleApply today for this CNC Press Brake Operator position to learn more!This client who we are staffing for participates in the E-Verify program.
