Job description
100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Principal CNC Process Transformation Engineer to standardize milling, turning, and grinding across multiple locations. You’ll develop work instructions, deploy automation, and drive cycle-time reductions.
You will collaborate with Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Program Management, travel between sites, and ensure AS9100 compliance while supporting audits and new product introductions.
