CNC ProgrammerWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for precision machining operations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement in a modern, climate-controlled facility.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, modify, and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and multi-axis machinesInterpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to develop machining strategiesSelect appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient and accurate machiningCollaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and improve processesMaintain documentation for programs, setup sheets and tool listsEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsQualificationsRequired:Associate degree or technical certification in CNC programming, machining, or related field3+ years of experience in CNC programming and setupProficiency with G-code, CAM software (e.g., GibbsCAM), and CAD toolsPreferred:Experience with multi-axis machining and high-precision componentsFamiliarity with ISO quality standards and lean manufacturing principlesSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of machining processes and materialsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAttention to detail and commitment to qualityEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryCareer Development and Cross-Training OpportunitiesHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Simple IRA and Roth IRA options with company contributionsPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Leave, Holidays)Paid Term Life and Long-Term Disability InsuranceModern, Climate-Controlled FacilityMonday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:15pm 40 hours/week with OT available
