$35–$38/HR Equivalent | DAY SHIFT | MONDAY–FRIDAY
Location: South Deerfield, MA

We're working with an established precision manufacturing company in the South Deerfield area looking to add someone with Mastercam programming experience to their team.

$35–$38/hour equivalent (salaried position)
Day Shift, Monday–Friday

Opportunity to build on your CNC programming experience
WHAT YOU NEED
At least 1 year of experience programming with Mastercam.
That's our main requirement.
CNC machining knowledge
Ability to read blueprints
Good work ethic
Willingness to pitch in and help the team
No engineering degree required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam
Work with CNC mills, lathes, and grinding equipment
Help troubleshoot machining and production issues
Improve setups, tooling, and manufacturing processes
Work alongside machinists and the production team
