You will be pivotal in our manufacturing processes, working with cutting-edge technology to deliver components that meet the highest standards.Why This Role MattersOur machining function is critical to delivering precision-engineered parts that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. As a CNC Programmer, you will:Transform engineering prints into accurately machined partsDrive efficiency and quality across CNC equipment operationsWork independently with cutting-edge technologyServe as a crucial component of our advanced manufacturing teamWhat You'll DoProgram CNC machinery to produce parts accurately from prints and verbal instructionsSet up and operate CNC machines independently with minimal supervisionPerform basic operations on manual machinery as requiredAssist in the efficient set-up of CNC equipment for production runsInterpret and work from engineering prints, drawings, and specificationsUtilize various CAD/CAM software effectively for part programming and optimizationConduct in-process quality checks using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specificationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standardsAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of hands-on machining experienceMinimum of 1 year of CNC programming experienceProven ability to machine parts accurately according to print specificationsGood computer skills, including proficiency with CAD/CAM softwareHigh school diploma or equivalent required (Technical school diploma or equivalent certification in CNC Machining/Programming preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workGood reading, writing, and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well with others and consistently follow operational guidelinesWhy You'll Love It HereInnovate with Impact: Work with cutting-edge CNC technology for diverse industry clientsGrowth-Driven Culture: Access ongoing training, certifications, and career advancement in advanced manufacturingCustomer-Centric Mission: Drive solutions that exceed expectations and redefine industry standardsCollaborative Team: Join experts passionate about precision, efficiency, and sustainable manufacturingCelebrate Your Strengths!We believe that understanding your natural behavioral style helps ensure success for both you and Quickparts.
