Job description
CNC ProgrammerPrestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for a 3rd shift direct hire opportunity with outstanding benefits that begin on day one. Primary responsibilities include programming, setup, and operation of CNC machines using Mastercam. The candidate should be able to build one-off components to 3D models, not production machining. Collaboration with design engineers, project leaders, and machinists is required to develop manufacturable components with an eye for product improvement and potential build issues. The role also involves meeting customer requirements including project timing, part quality, and delivery. Identification of tooling needed to complete machining projects is also part of the job. Other duties as assigned include:Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of 3D programming experience on MastercamStrong problem-solving techniques & communication skillsAbility to work individually with little supervisionAbility to read & interpret blueprints
