Job TitleThis opportunity is with a well-established aerospace and defense manufacturer that designs and produces highly engineered components and systems for military, commercial aerospace, and industrial applications. The organization combines the stability and resources of a global company with the culture of a smaller manufacturing site, giving employees direct visibility into their work and opportunities to make a meaningful impact.Job DescriptionDevelop CNC machining programs using Mastercam for milling operations. Analyze engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to create efficient manufacturing strategies. Design and develop fixtures, tooling, and work-holding solutions. Create setup sheets and detailed work instructions for production teams. Improve existing programs and machining processes to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times. Support prototype builds and low-volume production projects. Program and support a variety of equipment including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, EDM, and waterjet systems. Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes on the shop floor.
