CNC Programmer Lead ManufacturingNSC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Router Programmer specializing in millwork. In this role, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC routing equipment to produce high-quality custom millwork components.ResponsibilitiesTake solidworks files to alphacamFacilitate the first article and approvalManage operatorsIntegrate with other work centers to tweak and improve based on each job's requirements.Participation with the production teamKeeping track of shifting priorities and coordinating with other departmentsAssist in the overall execution and outcome of each unique project.Look for project improvements such as better or faster routing paths, as well as better integration with various subassemblies.Contribute to the overall improvement of the CNC department.
