CNC Programmer / MachinistUnited Talent Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist with a strong manual machining background in the Fairmont, WV area. This position works with a variety of industrial and heavy-equipment components supporting mining, power stations, aluminum plants, and heavy machinery.$27.50–$30.00/hour, based on experienceMonday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMApproximately 32–40 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, and operate CNC equipmentPerform manual machining as neededRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSelect proper tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processesComplete machine setups and changeoversMachine new, replacement, and repair partsMeasure and inspect finished parts to required tolerancesDiagnose and resolve machining, tooling, and equipment issuesIdeal ExperienceStrong manual machining experiencePrior CNC machining and programming experienceAbility to complete projects from setup and programming through finished partExperience with precision measuring toolsStrong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsIndustrial or heavy-equipment machining experience preferred
