Job Description Job Description Must be able to successfully program and manufacture an quality part when given a print or a 3d model.
Prepares programs for CNC Machines using MasterCam - 3 axis programing is required, 4 axis and 5 axis is preferred.
Works with production team to develop efficient work holding methods.
Assist other team members in programming and set up.
Sets up, programs, and operates machinery and equipment as directed.
Completes customer product requirements as associated with work orders.
Determines appropriate tooling/gages for part production/inspection.
Works well with others, has initiative, a want for growth, and a team player.
Company Description 3J a top shelf Machine Shop located in Wellington CO, established in 2006, and filled with many new age multi axes spindles, skillfully programed and operated by an extremely talented and gifted team. 3J manufactures parts for many different industries, such as transportation, space, defense, aerospace, energy, and more. 3J is ISO 9001 and AS9100 certified, and uses ProShop as the ERP software.
3J has 7 seats of MasterCam, many of our talented machinists program, setup, and produce the part from start to finish.
