CNC Programmer OpportunityHiFyve is hiring a CNC Programmer in the Manufacturing industry in Meriden, CT!Salary: $85K+/year based on experienceSchedule: Day ShiftLocation: Onsite - Meriden, CTPosition Overview:HiFyve is hiring two CNC Programmers for a growing aerospace precision manufacturer in Meriden, CT.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programmer who can develop CNC programs from scratch and wants to work with advanced multi-axis machining supporting complex aerospace components.Key Responsibilities:Develop CNC programs using Siemens NX / UnigraphicsProgram 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC equipmentCreate programs from blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&TDetermine tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategiesSupport simulation, prove-outs, troubleshooting, and production launchesOptimize cycle times and machining efficiencyCreate setup sheets and process documentationSupport AS9100 aerospace manufacturing requirementsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:5+ years of CNC programming experienceSiemens NX / Unigraphics experience requiredAbility to build CNC programs from scratchStrong GD&T and blueprint-reading skillsStrong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, speeds, and feeds5-axis programming experience strongly preferredAerospace or other tight-tolerance precision manufacturing preferredWhy Consider It?Advanced aerospace manufacturingSignificant investment in new CNC technology and equipmentGrowth path into senior engineering and leadership rolesPerformance bonus opportunityBenefits and 401(k) starting Day 1Sign-on bonus availableIf you are interested, please apply today.
