⚙️ What you'll be doing
As a CNC Programmer, you'll:
Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam and Vericut
Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Develop machining strategies that improve efficiency and flexibility
Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot and optimize production
Select tooling and machining methods for tight-tolerance components
Improve automation and manufacturing workflows
Verify programs before production
Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the machine shop

✅ What we're looking forRequired
2+ years CNC programming experience
4+ years CNC machining experience
Mastercam and Vericut proficiency (or similar software)
Blueprint reading skills
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Strong tooling and machining knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
CNC Programmer certification
Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related degree
Manufacturing process improvement experience
Automation knowledge
