CNC ProgrammerSymbiotic Services is hiring a CNC Programmer to develop and optimize machining processes for precision components in a high-performance manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Interpret engineering drawings and specificationsDevelop CNC programs using CAM softwareDesign fixtures and tooling solutionsCreate setup documentation and manufacturing instructionsMaintain and manage CNC code librariesSupport production with program updates and troubleshootingCollaborate with engineering and quality teamsDrive process improvements and cost reduction initiativesRequirements:3+ years CNC programming (Mastercam or similar)Experience with multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5 axis)SolidWorks experience preferredStrong technical problem-solving abilityEffective communication and teamwork skillsBenefits:Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, visionPTO, sick time, and parental leave401(k) with employer matchCareer development and tuition assistanceModern, climate-controlled facility
