Job description
CNC ProgrammerPrestige Extreme is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs using Tebis Software to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background, experience programming CNC equipment with Tebis, and the ability to create efficient, accurate programs while maintaining strict quality standards.Responsibilities:Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Tebis Software.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and technical specifications.Develop efficient machining strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining quality.Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, feeds, and speeds for various machining operations.Collaborate with machinists and manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot programming and machining issues.Verify program accuracy prior to production and make adjustments as necessary.Continuously improve machining processes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.Maintain accurate program documentation and revision control.Ensure all work meets customer specifications and company quality standards.Follow company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience required.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience programming with Tebis software required.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.Thorough understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and precision tolerances.Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes and manufacturing best practices.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
