We're seeking a talented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth and success.We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our expanding manufacturing team. This critical role will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing complex CNC programs for our advanced 5-axis machining centers. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Research & Development team to bring innovative aerospace components from concept to production, ensuring the highest standards of quality, precision, and efficiency.Programming & DevelopmentCreate, modify, and optimize CNC programs using MasterCAM software for 5-axis machining operationsDevelop efficient toolpaths for complex aerospace components with tight tolerances and intricate geometriesProgram multi-axis simultaneous machining operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cycle timesGenerate and verify G-code programs, ensuring accuracy and collision-free operationsEstablish optimal cutting parameters including feeds, speeds, and tool selection for various materials including titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic aerospace alloysCreate and maintain comprehensive setup sheets, tool lists, and work instructions for machine operators
