CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Specialist - Willoughby, OHPay Range: $25.00 - $35.00/HRPermanent Position with BenefitsSeeking a skilled CNC programmer with experience in precision turning, milling, and process development. Ideal candidates know GibbsCAM, Autodesk Inventor, and GD&T, and have strong inspection and quality-planning skills. Gear manufacturing experience is a plus.Key Duties:Create/optimize CNC programsDesign tooling/fixturesPrepare clear process drawings with GD&TPlan machining sequences (turning, milling, VTL)Support continuous improvementRequirements:Proficiency in GibbsCAM & Autodesk InventorStrong GD&T and inspection knowledgeExperience with turning, milling, VTL; macro programming a plusQuality planning background; gear manufacturing preferredCandidates must have solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
