Job description
Nolte Precise Manufacturing in Cincinnati is seeking a detail-oriented Shift Quality Tech Lead to oversee inspection of machined parts, verify dimensions, and ensure GD&T compliance on the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:30 AM–4:30 PM). The role also involves leading inspection workflows and supporting operators.
The ideal candidate will mentor quality technicians, coordinate calibration and 5S, and communicate status to the team while handling certification packages for customers.
