Job description
Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers, improving equipment availability, OEE and process capability.
Work with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work. Requirements include 10+ years in manufacturing or reliability, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and strong data analytics skills.
