CNC Router OperatorA custom extrusion and CNC fabrication manufacturing facility in Chippewa Falls is seeking dependable individuals for an immediate opening as a CNC Router Operator. This temporary project is expected to last approximately one week and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get to work right away while gaining experience in a manufacturing & production environment.This is a straightforward, hands-on position operating a CNC router table. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a coachable attitude. Previous CNC experience is helpful, but candidates with manufacturing, production, factory, machine operator, or equipment operator experience are encouraged to apply.Pay & ScheduleStarting Pay: $22.00/hourTraining Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PMAvailable Shifts Following Training: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AMEmployment Type: Temporary Project (Estimated at least 1 Week)Job DutiesLoad parts onto the CNC router tableStart & monitor machine operationRemove completed parts from the machinePerform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications using measuring tools such as calipers when neededFollow production schedules & work instructionsMaintain a clean & safe work areaWork as part of a manufacturing team to meet production goalsQualificationsManufacturing, production, factory, machine operator, production operator, or equipment operator experience is helpful but not requiredPrevious CNC router experience is preferred; experience using calipers to perform basic measurements & quality checks is preferredAbility to follow directions & learn new processesReliable attendance & punctualityStrong work ethic & positive attitudeAbility to work safely in a manufacturing environmentAbility to stand, walk, and perform general production duties throughout the shiftWhy Apply?This project offers an immediate opportunity to earn competitive pay and demonstrate your reliability, work ethic, and ability to learn.
