CNC Machinist / CNC Set-Up Operator – $28-30/Hour
Location - Westlake, OH
Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st shift

Experienced CNC Set-up Machinists Wanted!
We are looking for experienced CNC Machinists / Set-Up Operators for a well-established Medical manufacturing company in Westlake, Ohio.
We are looking for skilled individuals who can do more than just load and unload parts. If you have experience setting up CNC mills or lathes, reading blueprints, making tooling adjustments, and producing precision parts, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Be Doing
Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision machined components.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications.
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and necessary adjustments.
Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Make offsets and adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances.
Perform routine machine maintenance and replace worn tooling.
Work with programmers, engineers, and other machinists to resolve machining issues.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
What We're Looking For
2 years or more of CNC machining experience, including machine setups.
Hands-on experience with CNC mills and/or lathes.
Experience with Fanuc controls, Haas, or Okuma machines is highly desirable.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and machining specifications.
Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges.
Knowledge of tooling, machine offsets, and troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.
Comfortable standing throughout the shift and lifting up to 40 lbs.
We are especially interested in machinists who have hands-on setup experience and understand the machining process from start to finish.

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
