Job description
Our client in New Kensington is currently looking to add CNC Set-up Operators to their team. Job Description: - Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components - Read and interpret blueprints - Set up and operate CNC machines, primarily Mazak & Toshiba - Input and adjust CNC programs as necessary to ensure accurate machining of parts - Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance Job Requirements: - Must have a Minimum of 5 years experience with CNC machines and equipment - Must be Familiar/prior experience with Mazatrol programming software - Must have experience in all calibrated tools to check parts (mics, depth mics, bore gauges, etc) - Must Understanding of tolerances to the .0005 and must be able to relate this to inspection tools By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
