Shift: 1st (6:30am - 3:00pm M-F)
Hourly Wage: $27+ based on experience
Plant/Work Location: 809 Philip Drive Waukesha, WI 53186

Job Summary CNC Set-Up Operator II
* Implement the Production Fulfillment Process for the fabrication of parts according to work order and customer requirements.
* Ensures machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with company standards.
* Set up, adjust, and identify programming, and operate numerically controlled machine tools.
* Operators may run more than one machine simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities CNC Set-Up Operator II
* Operates multiple types of fabrication equipment and tools using CNC machining centers to manufacture a variety of custom parts.
* Adjusts G & M codes at HAAS machines via MasterCam.
* Follows written instructions and interpret basic to intermediate blueprint specifications.
* Checks parts for conformance to customer specifications.
* Maintains count and performs packaging duties as required.
* Participates in cross training activities to become knowledgeable of equipment/process within the department.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience, or equivalent
* A High School Diploma or GED with prior hands on, vocational or job-related course work/training, or any similar combination of education and experience is required. Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred
Work Environment CNC Set-Up Operator II
* This role is performed in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and chemicals.
* Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
* The position may involve repetitive tasks and manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
