If you enjoy working with precision, solving problems, and seeing your work come to life, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingSet up and operate CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, or similar)Load tooling, set offsets, and prove out programsRead and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructionsRun first article parts and support inspectionsPerform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gaugesMonitor machine performance and make adjustments as neededDeburr and finish parts to meet high-quality standardsFollow setup sheets, travelers, and quality proceduresKeep your workspace clean, organized, and efficientWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of CNC milling and setup experienceHands-on experience with tooling, offsets, and workholdingAbility to read blueprints and understand tolerancesFamiliarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators)Experience with Haas or Fadal controls is a plusStrong attention to detail and pride in your workReliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindsetBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Exposure to 5-axis machiningExperience holding tight tolerances (.001" or better)Familiarity with Mastercam or other CAM softwareAerospace or AS9100 environment experienceSwiss machining exposureCompensation & Benefits$20–$30/hour (depending on experience)Health benefits (after eligibility period)Opportunity to grow your skillset and advanceWhy Join Us?Work in a hands-on, team-driven environmentGain exposure to advanced machining and complex partsBe part of a company that values quality, precision, and continuous improvementIf you're looking to level up your machining career and be part of a shop that takes pride in its work, we want to hear from you.
