We are laying the foundation for a better future for our customers, employees, and communities by revitalizing America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful jobs across the country, including in historically deindustrialized regions.We operate an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform that partners with industrial companies and innovators to take products from first concept to full-scale production in critical verticals including aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy and environment, and robotics and automation.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking CNC Setup/Operators to perform machine setups and operate CNC (computer numerical controlled) machinery to fabricate parts that meet customer specifications. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills or lathes, running production and non-production jobs, and supporting quality and process standards on the shop floor. We are currently hiring for both shifts.1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm, 5 day work week, Monday-Friday2nd Shift: 4pm-4:30am, 4 day work week, Monday-ThursdayWhat You Will Get To DoPerform complete setups on 3, 4, and 5 axis CNC mills or CNC lathes to machine parts that meet customer specificationsVerify machine readiness and safely operate vertical and horizontal machining centers following setup completionPerform inspection per Process Routing Documents and accurately document results to ensure part conformanceTroubleshoot machining or quality issues in coordination with supervisors and quality personnelComplete production reports and associated documentationPerform daily equipment maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work areaPerform manual deburring operations as neededFollow all applicable Quality Management System procedures, work instructions, and safety standardsSafeguard company, customer, and supplier propertyWhat You Bring To The Team2-5 years CNC experience with 1+ years of appropriate setup experience.High school diploma or GED is requiredMust have experience reading blueprints and using calipers, height gauges, and micrometers.Proficient with machining operations like, drilling, milling and tappingFamiliar with vertical and horizontal machinesDemonstrates inspection competence.Demonstrates basic mathematical skillsHas both mechanical and technical capacityFluency in written and spoken English is requiredThe BIG PayoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operateRe:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
