CNC Setup Programmer – DMG MORIBig Bolt LLC Location: Bloomingdale, IL Pay: $27.00–$30.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: Day Shift | 8-Hour ShiftPut Your CNC Experience to Work on More Than Just Standard ProductionAre you an experienced CNC Setup Programmer who enjoys working with complex parts, solving machining challenges, and taking ownership of your setups from start to finish?Big Bolt LLC is looking for an experienced CNC Setup Programmer with DMG MORI experience to join our manufacturing team in Bloomingdale, IL.This is a hands-on position where you'll set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment used to manufacture custom and non-standard specialty fasteners. If you're confident reading prints, making program adjustments, selecting tooling, and inspecting your own work, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoSet up and program DMG MORI CNC machinesOperate CNC equipment to produce precision specialty fastenersRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsSelect appropriate tooling, offsets, speeds, feeds, and cutting parametersMake program and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiencyPerform first-piece and in-process inspectionsUse precision measuring equipment to verify specificationsTroubleshoot machining, programming, and setup issuesWork independently to identify and resolve production challengesSupport continuous improvement and efficient manufacturing processesWhat We're Looking ForDMG MORI CNC experience is required for this position.We're also looking for candidates with:Previous CNC setup and programming experienceExperience with CNC turning and/or millingStrong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skillsKnowledge of GD&TStrong precision measurement and inspection skillsExperience making CNC program adjustmentsMechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilityStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned workFastener or specialty manufacturing experience is a plusWhy Join Big Bolt?Since 1977, Big Bolt LLC has manufactured custom and specialty fasteners for customers across a variety of industries.
