CNC Fabrication SupervisorJelec USA Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Fabrication Supervisor to lead and manage a team of operators in a fast-paced sheet metal fabrication environment. This role will oversee daily production activities across Amada press brakes, laser/punch combination machines, and waterjet systems, ensuring high-quality output, efficiency, and safety. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication, CNC programming, and production supervision.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and lead a team of CNC operators across fabrication equipment: Amada press brakes, Amada laser/punch combination machines, Waterjet cutting systemsPlan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet deadlines and throughput targetsOversee sheet metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, forming, and assemblyReview drawings, work orders, and specifications to ensure accurate productionMonitor production quality and implement corrective actions as neededDrive continuous improvement in efficiency, workflow, and scrap reductionEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve manufacturabilityMaintain equipment utilization and coordinate maintenance as neededQualifications / Skills:5–10+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication2+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a fabrication or CNC environmentStrong hands-on experience with: press brake operations (Amada preferred), laser cutting systems (fiber laser or combo machines), Waterjet cutting systemsExperience with CNC programming, nesting, bending, and formingAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprintsStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsExperience managing production schedules and shop floor workflowPay Range:The pay range for this position should be based on geographic region norms; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
