CNC Swiss Machinist – 2nd ShiftLocation: Mentor, OhioPay: $27-32 an hour | 10% PremiumSchedule: 7:00am-3:30 PM Monday – Friday OT as NeededJob OverviewOur client in Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to set up and operate Citizen Swiss machines (L32, L20) on the 1st shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced aerospace environment with the chance to earn a 10% premium for overtime hours worked on Friday Saturday & Sunday.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and troubleshoot Citizen Swiss machines with Mitsubishi controls (L32, L20).Perform basic machining practices and apply machining principles to daily operations.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Operate inspection equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure quality standards.Make tool offsets, set longitude and diameters, and perform tool changes (understanding of insert nomenclature).Changeover bar feed and handle setup adjustments.Program editing and setup experience is a plus.Follow documentation practices and adhere to company protocols.Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area.QualificationsProven experience operating Citizen Swiss machines (L32, L20) with Mitsubishi controls.Strong knowledge of machining principles and ability to read blueprints.Experience with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision.Program editing and setup experience is a plus.Why You'll Love Working With ExpressOne interview connects you to 300+ companiesWeekly PayHoliday PayYour safety is our priorityReferral BonusesAttendance IncentivesExpress Benefits AvailableHealth InsuranceDentalVisionLife InsuranceDisability401(k) (Requires Waiting Period)Paid HolidaysReferral BonusesAttendance Incentives
