Job description
ADDMAN ENGINEERING is seeking a Tool Room Machinist to support our advanced manufacturing operations for aerospace, defense, and industrial customers. In this role, you will set up and operate manual and CNC equipment to build and maintain precision tooling, fixtures, and prototypes that enable tight-tolerance production. You will interpret blueprints and CAD data, select appropriate tooling, and inspect parts using precision instruments to ensure quality. Working in a high-tech, engineering-driven environment, you’ll collaborate with engineers and production teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges, improve tooling designs, and support continuous improvement across the shop.
