Responsibilities:
CNC VTL operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC vertical lates to machine parts. Please see
the requirements for this role:
3+ years of experience operating CNC lathes,
Preferably VTL machines.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Experience with CNC controls ( Fanuc, Siemens) preferred.
Familiar with G-Code and M- Code
Skilled on tool changes, offsets, and set-up adjustments.
Knowledge of calipers tape measure, and other measuring tools.
Understanding of tolerances and surface finish requirements.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. regularly
Stand for long periods, bending and manual moving.
Knowledge of basic programming or editing G-code at the machine.
Experience with large-diameter parts.
Understanding of tool wear and machine maintenance.
Strong attention to detail.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to safety protocols and quality control.
