Job description
Melissa Memorial Hospital—Holyoke, CO—seeks a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer/Chief Operating Officer to lead nursing services and hospital operations. The role drives safe, high‑quality care while improving efficiency and sustainability in a rural 15‑bed Critical Access Hospital.
Reporting to the CEO, the CNO/COO will partner with physicians, staff, and community to advance patient outcomes, staffing, workflows, compliance, and strategic growth in this community-focused hospital.
