Job description
Hawthorne Valley Waldorf School’s Place Based Learning Center seeks a Co-Director to lead a Waldorf-inspired, farm-based program for students from 3rd through 11th grade. You will shape programming, partner with local schools, and guide a dedicated team on a year‑round basis.
The role focuses on Summer Camp leadership, budget oversight, staff development, animal care, facilities, and compliance, fostering community and experiential learning.
