Job description
Arrived is seeking a VP & Co-Head of Investments to lead investment strategy and execution across equity and credit products. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio exceeding $400 million in assets under management, as well as developing a high-performing investments team.
The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, with a strong focus on acquisitions, underwriting, and portfolio construction. Exceptional communication skills and a builder mentality are essential for success.
