Journeys in Texas seeks an energetic leader to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will help drive store goals, protect assets, and uphold standards while delivering a fun, full-service experience to customers.
The role requires 45 hours per week, weekend availability, and a passion for fashion and teen culture.
