Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in training role to support the Store Manager and leadership team in achieving sales goals, hiring and developing staff, and protecting company assets.
The role requires 6–12 months retail experience with a focus on coaching, customer service, and team development. Candidates should be able to work 45 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced store environment.
