Job description
Journeys is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
You will support in recruiting, training, and developing a successful sales team, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure company initiatives are implemented to standard. The role requires 45 hours per week and may include night and weekend shifts.
