Journeys in Frisco, TX is seeking a Co-Manager to help store operations and sales, with a focus on recruitment, training, and coaching of a high-energy team. You will uphold the Journeys culture and deliver a fun, full-service experience for customers.
The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, willingness to learn, and completing internal training programs to advance to Store Manager in Training or equivalent. 45-hour work week, night and weekend shifts expected.
