Job description
Journeys is actively seeking qualified individuals for a leadership role at our Paramus Park location. The role assists the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, training, and managing store personnel to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and protect company assets.
You will help recruit high-caliber staff, train a successful sales team, and uphold company policies. The position requires hands-on leadership, responsiveness to store needs, and a commitment to Journeys'
