Job description
Journeys seeks a Store Manager in Training to assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising store personnel at the El Paso, TX location. You will help drive sales, protect assets, and mentor a team in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work about 45 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with rapid promotion opportunities and a strong employee discount. Retail leadership and customer service focus are highly valued.
