Job description

Journeys at Birch Run (Prime Outlets) seeks a Store Team member to assist the Store Manager and M.I.T. in recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.

You’ll participate in creating a fun, full-service experience for customers, while coaching staff and supporting daily store operations and loss prevention in the absence of leadership.
