Journeys in Altoona, PA is seeking a Co-Manager-in-Training to assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching a high-energy sales team. You will drive sales, protect company assets, and model Journeys culture.
The role requires leading by example, meeting performance standards, and working 45 hours per week including nights and weekends. Training is provided, and benefits and employee discount are offered in this fast-paced teen retail environment.
