Job description
Journeys, Twin Falls, ID, seeks a team-oriented leader to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, and coaching a high-energy sales team. The role drives sales, controls expenses, and protects assets while fostering a supportive, family-like environment.
You will participate in training programs toward the Co-Manager track, manage daily store operations, and ensure exceptional customer service during day, night, and weekend shifts.
