Job description
Journeys in Daytona Beach is seeking enthusiastic leaders to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, training, and supervising store personnel to hit sales goals and protect company assets.
You will help build a fun, fast-paced environment with strong customer service, coach and develop staff, and ensure loss prevention and daily operations run smoothly. This role offers internal promotion opportunities and a base plus commission structure.
