Job description
Journeys in Rochester, NY seeks a dynamic candidate to assist the Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training, and managing store staff to achieve sales goals and protect company assets.
You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, driving excellent customer service in a fast-paced teen retail environment. Expect 45-hour weeks, night/weekend shifts, and opportunities for advancement within Journeys.
